If you are currently using Vista and Terminal Services / Remote Desktop is running VERY slowly please do the following.

 

Run a command prompt (cmd.exe) as an Administrator

 

Type: netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

 

command prompt reset slow terminal services trick
