We don't support WebDav on our shared hosting platform. The problem being the management of the accounts and necessary ACL permissions are not integrated through our Control Panel.
We would suggest using FTP instead. It is possible to automatically login to FTP. You can do this by passing the username and password for FTP in a URL and make a shortcut on your desktop:
