Each website created at EPhost will have a unique FTP account created automatically. Unless you have made modifications to the FTP account or made changes your control panel password, you can use the information below. Of course, you will need an FTP client to access your website. In a pinch, you can use MS Internet Explorer as your FTP client (see below).
- Host: "ftp.your_domain.com"
- User: your_domain.com
- Pass: Your Control Panel Password **
- Passive Transfers: Enabled
- Starting Directory: (leave blank)
** if you changed your control panel password AFTER your account was created it is likely the FTP password is the ORIGINAL control panel password we issued you. If necessary you may need to update the password accordingly.
