You can reset the password to your account by using the Forgot Password / Password Reset tool. You will need to know the email address associated with your account.

Retrieving a Lost Password

  1. Go to the Account login screen.
  2. Click the "Request a Password Reset" link or click here.
  3. Enter the "Email Address" that you used while signing up.
  4. Click the "Submit" button.
  5. You will receive an email with further instructions.

The email will contain a link to click and reset your email.
